I'm just getting nervous about shabbos. So will everyone be turned over by then and just serve on plastic?

I'm serving pesach food on shbs imyh. Planning on turning over kitchen Wednesday so I'll have Thurs, Fri and Sunday to cook. I don't like being super busy in kitchen the whole erev yt. The only thing I need for shbs that's chometz is challah so we'll eat that on the porch

For sure turned over by shabbos. Most shabbos food is KFP. Just freeze challah in advance and make a chometz cholent in the laundry room

Pesach is monday night. We are turning over 2 nights before.
We have one seder, with family, so Im not making a whole seder. I dont have to cook all that much. I have off work starting sunday, so I will just cook whatever needs to be done that day. We dont have a big kitchen and close up most things and use counter space for most things. It never takes that long.

Fair enough. I like to do a lot of baking in advance, so that cakes and biscuits are all ready for whenever anyone wants to nibble. So we change over early enough to allow for that.

Same, Motzei Shabbat. Living in Israel. We only do one Seder so will have all of Sunday to cook and bake, and then will cook some more on Chol Hamoed!
Also I’m only cooking for myself , dh and 2 preschoolers. No guest hopefully.

I have a Pesach kitchen in my garage so I don't do any cooking in my regular kitchen but we do change over so this year we'll probably do it on Thursday.

I’m thinking Tuesday.
I like to do all my baking in advance.
All I have is a small counter top convection oven that barely works and can take 1.5 hours for a cake to bake.
I spend a whole day baking.
I don’t care about cooking in advance, but I do like to have a variety of stuff to have handy for the week.

I was thinking Tuesday night. But due to my cleaning schedule I may try for Sunday night, a full week before. I need time to take a day off to cook, more time to clean up after that, as well as cook more in the evenings before it gets close to shabbos.
