Can my cleaning help use my regular vaccum on chol hamoed? I assume not right?

Don't forget to dispose vacuum dust bag, it's bound to be full of chametz.

Thanks it’s actually bag less.. and yes I alswys empty before Pesach and lock it up to sell but was wondering if I could have my cleaning lady vaccum on erev shabbos.

Yes, of course. Empty the canister or replace the bag. Even if there was crumbs or food in there previously it is not edible when mixed with the kind of dirt and debris that is in there.

Actually, you’ve heard of stone soup. I use the contents of my vacuum to make dust soup. It is definitely chametz.

Change your bag, empty your canister and wipe it out . You can’t muse your vacuum. Ask your rav if you are not sure.

Any chometz left in there would be hefker if you said kol chamira. Just don't eat from it.

You most definitely can use your vacuum on chol hamoed but ask your rav
