Do you imagine how some Imamothers look?

When someone is no nonsense, tough, strong, opinionated in her posts or has a strong voice over phone than I imagine a tall broad big person.

When someone is soft-spoken and has thin voice I imagine a more petite person.

It doesn't always hold true.

When someone is smart and wise, insightful I usually imagine the person is older.

You sometimes form an image, like personality as well, or other factors, based on contents of the posts.

If someone comes across very frum, maybe they wear a shpitzel, if someone always posts about messes, maybe she is a messy person, if someone always is very strong about her opinion and doesn't let go, maybe she's stubborn rigid, if someone knows about healing, or post about scenarios, maybe she's been thru lots of trauma.

Sometimes though you get shocked when you find out details of posters in real life, that you would never imagine.

Like if someone is well read, open minded, worldly, and knowledgeable and then you find out they're a lady with a shpitzel living in Monroe. (Happened 3x btw)

If people are vibrant and going strong here then you find out that they're ailing, bed ridden or immobile, it contradicts the imagination.

They could be strong in spirit, mind, personality but their body is not.

Then you have people who always appear happy, optimistic, and you think their life is wonderful but they suffer a lot, in diff areas.

I don't look like my avatar, but if you live in Lakewood you should have no problem knowing who I am.....

I go to the supermarket with a snood
It's not that my clothes are not in style it's just they never where in style
I wear black socks in the summer

I dress my kids in hand me downs
They don't always match
I buy clothes from Carters, Walmart, children's place, ect...

I don't drive a fancy leased car
My house is smaller then a 5,000 square foot shack
I grow flowers in my yard not candy bars wrappers and empty snack bag

Based on what I read on Imamother I am one of a kind.
