I need ideas for food! Due to allergies, pesach, minhagim, dietary requirements, etc:
- Kosher for pesach
- Kitniyos free
- Gluten free
- Pareve
- Dairy free
- Nut free
- Food processor free
- Blender/mixer free
- Oven free (we just have a burner and a microwave)

What can I make to feed a meal to a crowd?

No meat and no dairy?

Can you do eggs?

Shakshuka. Vegetable soup. Mashed potatoes, hash browns, or french fries. Fresh salad. You could also make crepes. Maybe fill with mashed potatoes or a cabbage filling. Good luck!

Thanks!

No meat. No dairy.

And now someone has a fish allergy, so that's out.

Eggs are a good idea, thanks! And salad. I think it will be too hot for soup though (heat wave!). Potatoes for sure!

Other ideas still welcome.

Separate the allergies. Make sure there is something for each person and everything is well labeled.
You could make fish, but one person can't eat it. That's okay, they will eat other things.
Is the gluten the issue or gebroks?
Is it possible to get a hand mixer or immersion blender? These are inexpensive and save time.

Lots of kugels and quiches. Salads, soups (use AC) Matzah with dips and make some other stuff for the majority like fish and chicken.

Tofu, stir frys, fries work well too.

Do you just have one burner or a whole stove top?

If this is a serious post, then ask a heter to eat kitniyot.
You can always eat marshmellow. Fresh and coocked fruits and veggies.
