Looking for a professional to guide me with very complicated child with severe mental health issues. Similar to BPD type teen. Someone who has a lot of experience keeping the whole facility safe, knowing when to validate and be with the teen and when to allow them to self destruct and not protect them. When to set a boundary and when to bend it.

P.S. if it's someone in or near Monsey that would be very helpful but over the phone is fine too.

Try a therapist/agency who uses the PCIT model for intervention. The therapist should work with you/parents more than with the child.
