I had this end of last week . I scheduled twice and they cancelled twice. The next day they called me they no third party drivers but they ll keep trying. I got it later that day

Same… brick has nothing available and the only option for Howell is for Friday. Very strange..

I made two orders in the past week, both times I got a slot but then it said delivery delayed and then my order got cancelled.

It’s so frustrating!! I rely on it for my weekly or biweekly groceries. And yes I always tip! I hope that’s not why they stopped

Are drivers able to see how much you are tipping before they accept the job? I always tip but maybe they have greater expectations … wondering if that has anything to do with this ..

Post pesach they are likely swamped and drivers are selectively choosing the grouped deliveries with the highest tips. I complained via the app and got a $15 credit.

I had that last week - post pesach
I ended up using instacart for my walmart order..which also got delayed by a few hours. But at least it arrived

I also got a credit but when I tried to reorder with my credit I couldn't get it delivered

I think they just are swamped and also, I kept trying to order cereal and they keep on not having it. Pple are probably ordering all their chometz from there.

YES! Ordered from Brick for delivery on Sunday and it still did not arrive. Placed the same order at Howell yesterday but the next available delivery time was Friday morning. Hoping to get it before Shabbos…

Update: I ordered from Brick two nights ago to be delivered yesterday, I just got it delivered now.
