for those of you who have made these already...how many did you get from this recipe??
I was just going to post that. I made these last night and they were AWESOME! But it made a lot. I finished my whole pack of mini cupcake holders (prob abt 100) and still have p.b. mixture leftover. If I had known, I prob would have 1/2 the recipe. Although since they stay in the freezer so well, its not such a big deal
I just did some research to double check before I try the recipe and I found that one lb of confectioners sugar is around 3 and 3/4 cups - 4 cups. ill let you all know how tthey come out
I used a kitchen scale to measure 1 lb. of confectioners sugar and it was. like greenfire said, approximately 3 cups, MAX 3 1/4 cups.
