You can make a chocolate mousse', you can make a lemon mousse', you can make a strawberry mousse', you can make some kind of napoleon mixture, you can do a no-bake cheese mixture, etc.

Take two different icecream flavors (preferably in diff colors - e.g. chocolate and vanilla). Let melt until very easy moldable. Spread one layer in crust and freeze a little. Top with other layer and freeze. You can put on any topping you like. Its YUM.
