These days its shalosh seudas (sp?) or nothing! In the winter, either pizza bagels - homemade, or deli sandwiches.
Dh and I sometimes just pig out after the kids are asleep and eat chips with sourcream onion dip, or tortilla chips with cheese sauce and salsa,....

Pizza, it is motzei shabbos after all. Ok, so it's usually from the freezer, but still. Also, I sometimes make homemade baked french fries if I'm in the mood.

We eat melava malka every week. Sometimes it's sunny side up and toast(sun is up when we eat too), toast with cheese, pizza...every week different.

Its a pastry dough (yemenite I think?) Its comes in rounds in a round container. Its probably quite unhealthy, but it tastes good. It has a slightly sweet flavor. You can fry it and eat it plain or melt a cheese slice inside. It has a lot of other uses too.
You can probably find it in the freezer section of your kosher grocery(depending on where you live obviously)

leftovers, although I heard it is best to serve at least one thing new...I think a baked potato is traditional...
BtW I just spent Shabbos with a really sweet Imamother member originally from England whose son made us chips (translated to American:French fries) and salad!
It was so much fun! I wish I could teach my son to do the same! (when he's old enough)
