I have some ground turkey in my freezer and I'm looking for a delicious recipe that calls specifically for ground turkey. My husband is already expecting to hate anything I make with the turkey as a substitute for regular ground meat. I want to prove him wrong!

Chinese Turkey and noodle stir-fry
1 Bunch Scallions
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 tbspns olive oil
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 5oz can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 teaspn crushed red pepper flakes
3 cups boiling water
1/2 lb wide egg noodles, uncooked
Chop scallions, separating green part from white part. Saute garlic, ginger, and white part of scallions in oil in a large, deep skillet or wok for 30 seconds. Add meat and saute breaking up w/ spoon. Cook until no longer pink, about 5 min.
Add soy sauce, water chestnuts, and red pepper flakes, and stir until well combined. Add boiling water and noodles and stir well. cover and cook over medium heat until noodles are tender, about 7 - 10 min, stirring once or twice to make sure noodles are cooking evenly. Garnish w/ chopped green scallions.

Where?!? I looked for it and didn't see it, I also checked the regular KBD and didn't see one there either. I was all excited to make them, so I just made up my own recipe, but I'd love to get a "real" one.
