Lokshen kugel, potato kugel, yerushalmi kugel
Rice heats up nicely--mushroom rice, carrot rice, rice with lentils?
If it seems a bit low on main course/protein side, fried fish, baked salmon, falafel?
We normally do not serve hot foods on seuda shlishi. More like cold cuts/smoked salmon/salatim and dip. Do you go by using a hotplate with a timer so that you don't have to leave solid cooked foods on blech throughout shabbat?
