No. Most carriages don't look like that. Do you have any other requirements other than no bugaboo?

What's your price range? What look are you looking for? What's important to you? Ease in and out of car? Undercarriage space? easy riding over rough terrain? Durability? Weight? Height of bar/s? Bassinet or not? All of these things plus more may help us help you.

Macs are tippy but very lightweight. They also don't qualify as a carriage. Some strollers that can be used as a carriage & stroller are:

Mountain Buggy with a carrycot (Swift or Urban)
Valco Trimode
Bumbleride Queen B (the Indie may have a bassinet, but I am not entirely sure)
Quinny Buzz
Uppababy Vista
Icoo Pacific or Targo
Teutonia (I forget the name of the new model)
Peg Perego Switch
iCandy
Bugaboo Bee (it is different than the Cameleon & lots cheaper)
Silver Cross?

I will see if I can think of anything else. Check these out in the meantime.

I LOVE the Mutsy. It's gorgeous. And has a taller handle/bassinet so is better for tall people. Random strangers on the street have stopped me and complimented the carriage and asked me about it. I have the 4rider light.

You will probably need two-one that's a travel kind that is light and folds easy and the other that you can enjoy and is comfy for you and baby.
