MARINATED CHEESE
I gotta try this !!!
½ CUP OLIVE OIL
½ CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
3 CLOVES CHOPPED GARLIC
½ CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
3 TBSP. FRESH OR DRIED PARSLEY
3/4 TBSP. FRESH OR DRIED BASIL
1 TBSP GRANULATED SUGAR
½ TSP. SALT
½ TSP. PEPPER
1 8 OZ. CUBED CHEDDAR CHEESE OR COLBY JACK
1 8 OZ. CUBED CREAM CHEESE
DIRECTIONS:
• In a jar with a lid, place the first 9 ingredients and shake.
• In pan or dish alternate cheese cubes.
• Pour over mixture from jar.
• Refrigerate for approx 8 hours.
• Serve.
