I used to get my eyebrows waxed at Libby's salon on e.ny ave there was a lady named rachel who did an amazing job.
it seems that Libby is moving away and the salon is closed.
does anyone have any idea of where rachel might be working now.
or does anyone know of a good place to get their eyebrows waxed?

I think that Libby just sold her place to someone else- I dont think it's closed and I'm pretty sure Rachel is still working for the new owner. Try calling and just ask if Rachel is still there.

U know u can do it yourself with the sally hansen wax strips. Thats what I do anyways 8) U can buy for eyebrows various shapes or I find it cheaper to buy body strips and cut them to shape myself

I've been to a few places and my favorite lately is a place in the Village - I'm going Sunday if you want to come with me - they use a special extra sensitive wax which is Heaven!
I don't think the place is closing, either, didn't the owner just get married?

Go right down the block to Zivaleh's. They are very good & it's a beautiful place.
