Ditto. I can add- wraps? French toast? (I would do eggs and pancakes and French toast one night for a "breakfast" theme- with cereal and milk!)

Do you need salad and soup suggestions? They can really "beef" (oops) up the meal. Also, different iced drinks...

I don't have any specific recipes in mind, and I can't post recipes now anyway- if noone else posts them, I will try to get back here later.

I can't believe I forgot the all-mighty... SUSHI! (without fish, of course...)

legume burgers.
puree cooked beans or lentils add chopped onions and spices breadcrumbs and eggs then form patties. fry and eat them like you would hamburgers

not for kids but my favorite=raw root salad:shred raw beets carrots and kohlrabi, top with oil and vinegar dressing,or better yet homemade techina

veggie latkes, same idea as above but with available veggies-zucchini carrots etc

Is it because you don't want to heat up the house? Don't have an oven you can get milchig? (Though lots of things are ok, or can be covered.) Do you have a toaster oven? Sandwich or pancake maker? Any other toys?
