My 6 month old is on a whacky on demand sleeping/eating spree, and I need to get her into a regular schedule.
What would be an average realistic schedule - eating and sleeping - at this age. She is exclusively breastfeeding.
thanx!

At 6 months she should be feeding every 4 hours and you should be thinking about introducing solids - this does not mean that you must give her solids now, but you should be looking for signs that she needs them and possible starting with them.
All the times I give are approximate and based on her first feeding being at 7am, adjust according to the time you want her to start the day and bear in mind that you don't need to watch the clock - if your baby is hungry after 3.40 hours, feed her. (Solids times incase you need them, anyhow when you do start, start with just one meal a day and slowly build up to 3)
7am - feed
(8.30am - solids)
9-11am nap
11am - feed
(12.30pm - solids)
1-3pm nap
3pm feed
(4.30pm solids)
5-5.45 nap
6.30pm bath
7pm feed followed by bed for the night.
