Waldorf Slaw
shredded cabbage (the bag is fine, and if carrots are included, why not)
mayo, any kind; about 1/3 cup
vinegar, about 3 T
1 T honey
2-3 cut up green onions (scallions)
1 or 2 medium apples, cut up small
handful of craisins or raisins or even grapes cut in half
1/4 cup chopped nuts, any kind
Mix, eat and enjoy

I made this salad twice this week & it was delicious! Thanks for posting. (Even my picky 3 year old enjoyed it.  )
