I see david citadel is more expensive.
Which one is better and more children friendly?

Both are lovely! The citadel has a children’s room, I’m not sure if the Waldorf does but either one is a great choice! Enjoy your trip

I prefer the citadel it’s a newer vibe and the rooms are modern and sleek Waldorf kinda feels like a grandmothers guest room

I was recently at the Waldorf and visited the citadel, definitely choosing citadel next time. It’s more modern, while the Waldorf is more old and traditional.

Agree. Stayed at both hotels this year and although the Waldorf lobby is nicer, everything else about the citadel was nicer.
