Hi Imamothers, I made an amazingly parve cheesecake,I recommend to try it.
FILLING:
2 containers tofutti cream cheese
1 container tofutti sour supreme natural flavor
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 packet instant vanilla pudding
DIRECTION:
Mix all the filling ingredients together with an electric mixer.
Pour into crust.
Bake in preheated oven a 400 for 10 minutes.
Turn the heat down to 240 and bake for an additional 60 minutes.
Do not open the oven door at peeks at the cake during this time.
Turn off the oven and leave the cheescake in the oven for an additional hour o more.
Place in the refrigerator for several hours before serving . This cake may be topped with your favorite pie filling.
