For me, it would have to be Cold Case, they had so many stories left to tell. The premise- A murder would happen in the past (anywhere from the 20's to the early 2000's) and it would run cold due to no new leads. Then this crew in philadelphia would get the case, and flashbacks told the story through the music of the time. It was so unique.

Rome, Legend of the Seeker, Carnival, Daria, Jericho, Nip Tuck, Oz, Stargate...
I'm not sure the difference between really finished and finished because it's cancelled, though. Many were great to me.

Yeah I'm following Universe. It's soooo much darker and has unnecessary dirty stuff, really not the same atmosphere either. But interesting.
