Is there any way to make latkes before Shabbos, reheat before Shabbos and keep them crispy and warm for the meal?

you can make one large latke in your biggest frying pan. It is like a kugel-latke.

Make them before shabbos - heat them in mirowave or oven, wrap them in silver foil and put them either straight on the hot plate or on top of a pot on the hot plate. Good luck!

Youre right! They may get soggy! No other ideas though. Maybe someone else can help?

Maybe keep them in the oven on low? Then transfer to the plata right before Shabbat.
