Hi I would like to make these for our chanuka party.
Does anyone have a foolproof method?
Or any tips or feedback to help me?

yum, and fattening. If I make them I deep fry them. cut each mushroom in half, bread it like I do schnitzle (egg and breadcrumbs, with seasoning). fry. serve with garlic mayo. you can probably keep warm in oven or sterno.
can I come to your party?

I've just done the actual mushrooms - they look great (although a bit dark as I used challa breadcrumbs, but they taste delicious - thanks
