I'd like to try making gefilte fish from scratch - sweet - something that tastes like Ungers. Any recipes for here in Israel? I don't mind using fillers like matzo meal, etc.
Until my son's allergist said not to cook fish in our house we made gefilta fish from scratch, but better. We baked it instead of boiling it and made it from nilus (nile perch).
