I have a bag of granola. I'd love to make choc. chip bars out of it. Any recipes, or other ideas?
Thanks!
My apologies for the wrong forum. I'd searched for granola, clicked new topic while looking at the granola challa recipe. Thanks again!

The easiest thing to do with granola is to make Apple Crisp - just place sliced, cored apples in the bottom of the baking dish, sprinkle the apples with cinnamon (I use A LOT!), top with the granola and bake at 350 degrees till the apples are tender and collapsed (depending on the variety of apple you are using) and the juices from the apple have mingled with the granola to form a yummy topping.

Thanks! Sounds like an easy version of apple crisp, which I think I should make for Shabbos.

Granla is expensive. Why not just enjoy it with yogurt or milk or as an ice cream topping ?
