Don't ask how I got into this situation - but I have 2 raw potato kugels in my freezer. Does anyone know how I should bake them? Thanks!!!

do not defrost. just bake as usual-adding some extra time as they were frozen.

Do I add any water or oil to it? Do I bake at regular temp.? When you say extra time - do you mean an extra hour or 3 hours? I am a real follow a recipe type of gal!

I just saw this come up elsewhere. The person who does this - I haven't tried - says to bake it for a half hour at 50 degrees higher than usual. And don't cover it. I don't remember what else. You should be safe checking it after 75 minutes.

dont need to add anything. I would start with an extra 1/2 hour at your usual temp. (for me thats 350). I judga a kugels 'doneness' by looks. so cant tell u exactly hoe much time.
