Which location? I have had only good experiences at the one on Amsterdam and 66th. I call them and they deliver a big bag of dog food, no charge...

The one on the east side. Multiple terrible experiences, but today was the last straw, don't even want to go into it.

If you're up to it, please PM me and let me know. I'm curious to know. I had an awful experience at the pet store on 76th and Bway, and it's important for us to know about these things. So sorry this happened to you.....

HUGS and HAPPY PAWS your way....

So now you need to go pet shop shopping?? No Petlands or Petcos in your area? I find them very helpful and courteous service. (But don't know if they carry the supplies you need Rolling Eyes )

There's a Petco, so I'll order from them from now on.

Also good:
Petland Discounts (West 72nd)
and Canine Ranch (one on West 72nd, another on Columbus around 83rd St)--great service from them.
