The Thai Seasfood Pasta Salad
from the back of the box

Salad:
Box of noodles, any kind; leftover is OK too
pkge of fake shrimp or lobster (half is OK too); flakes or cut up
bag of coleslaw mix (half is OK too)
cut up scallions
herbs to taste

Dressing:
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (we used soy sauce)
3 T lemon juice or vinegar
2 T oil
ginger to taste
pepper to taste

Cook noodles and drain; let cool. Add vegetables and dressing and toss to mix. Serve cold.
