My DD of 18 months cries bloody murder every time she has to go #2. She's not constipated. It's been going on for the past few months. I've been to her ped. countless times and he says everything looks OK. Crying Crying I'm crying along with my DD now Crying Crying . It's so hard to see them suffer.

What can this be?

No idea, but why don't you start with a pediatric gi specialist? Obviously everything is NOT ok, if she is really crying with pain.

Had this with my ds. My ped told me that he has a tear inside. Its very painful. She gave me a antibiotic cream & his pain stopped.

I had the same problem with my daughter. The dr. said that she probably had a scratch down there once & it hurt her when she made so now she's scared. I gaver her Peglax according to package directions after about 3 days she was making no problem I continued giving it to her for about a month. whenever she tells me she has issues making I give it to her & right now we're working physchologically.
Good LUck!!
