Greens with Pear and pumkin seeds

Salad:
greens, any kind or a mixture
pear, peeled and thinly sliced
handful of pumpkin seeds; toasted if possible

Dressing:
3 T vinegar
1 T mustard
2 tsp honey
1/4 cup oil
salt and pepper to taste.

Toast your pumpkin seeds, if toasting, and cut up your green and add the pear. Add the dressing beofre serving.
