I have a pickled turkey breast in string in my freezer and id like to use it for shabbos. how do I make it? anyone have a recipe? thanx

I've never seen this. But I know that for pickled tongue and corned beef, I just cook in water, slice and reheat in a little of the water, no sauce necessary.

I boiled it and served with a sauce made with ketchup vinegar mustard sugar and a brown gravy the gravy was a hit also used leftoovers to make a lomein

Hasgachas Prati ! Spoke to cook at supermarket. Purchased 3.5 lb turkey breast roll, pickled.
Her suggestion: Treat like corned beef. boil 1.5 hrs in water and 2-3 bay leaves.
Researched online for more ideas.
This recipe calls for 2.2 lb roast. Place 6 oz stuffing mix in sprayed slow cooker. Drizzle with water and mix. Place turkey, seasoned to taste with salt and pepper , on top.
Saute an onion for 5 minutes , add 2 T preserves and cook additional x minutes till golden brown.
Spread onion mix evenly over turkey. Cover and cook, low 5-6 hours. Sounds yummy.
Roast may also be sliced and treated like cutlets.
