DH brought some frozen broccoli and would like me to use it for Shabbos. I don't have much time or ingredients (middle of night here), so I thought a dip would be easiest and simplest. Any ideas as to how to make it??
Thanks

Thaw broccoli, add mayo, onion/garlic powders, salt/pepper. Use blender. Also, some lemon juice might be nice.
that would be my first experiment in this vein if I were to try this.
