what is your specialty? how big is your practice? there are many EMR options out there, some are more applicable to specific specialties and needs of specific practices.

you can try the Free Web-based Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Fusion:

www.practicefusion.com

it's free and you can set it up very quickly. it can't hurt to try it out first, and if it doesn't meet your needs, then go on to a different one.

regarding billing software, PM me with your needs and maybe I can help you. I have a billing software that I have been successfully using for various practices.

Thank you for the list. What I am looking for is feedback from other practices regarding the software that they are currently using. I work for a busy internal medicine practice.

I'm in peds, we use Office Practicum which is specific for peds.

Whatever you get, make sure it is at least CCHIT 10 certified so you can get ARRA funding!
