Youngest DS's aufruf is אי"ה a week from Shabbos. I've been planning menus and cooking. This is what I'm planning so far, but I'd love suggestions as to how to improve the menus.
Friday Night - 10 adults & 4 kids
Homemade challah
Choumous & matbucha
Plated pickled salmon with Israeli salad on the side
Lettuce Salad
Broccoli Salad
Chicken soup with knaidlach & lokshen
Brisket (sweet)
Apricot chicken (on the bone)
Farfel
Sesame noodles
Mushroom onion quiche
Cranberry cobbler
Grilled vegetables
Blueberry cobbler (with alternate choice of brownies for kids) with vanilla ice cream
Fresh fruit
Shabbos lunch - 23 adults (includes 9 bochurim) & 14 kids
Homemade challah
Gefilte fish for those who insist on fish each meal
Coleslaw
Broccoli salad
Chopped liver
Deli Salad
Corned beef
Schnitzel
Cholent
Kishka
Overnight potato kugel
Fudge Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream with some kind of cookie on the plate
Fresh fruit
What do you think? Should I add anything/change anything? Thanks.

wow this menu is amazing! the only thing I would change is I would serve the cranberry cobbler for shabbas lunch instead of fri night.

That's a nice idea. I'll consider it. I kind of wanted something else for the lunch (with so many bochurim I'm always nervous about the amounts).
Do you think if I do that that I should add something else Friday night?

I would second this, because it seems a little repetitive to have 2 types of cobblers, even if one is for the meal and one is for dessert. If you are looking to for a sweet kugel type of thing for Friday night, I would go for carrot muffins, sweet potato kugel, or apple kugel.

Not necessary. You have enough side dishes, and they all sound yummy!
Just have plenty of cholent and kugel for the boys and they'll be fine.

After thinking through some of the above, I've moved the cranberry crunch to Shabbos lunch and added a carrot kugel for Friday night.
The cookies to go with the Fudge Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream for Shabbos lunch are the Marble Fudge Cookies from KBD.
Thanks everyone.

It was beautiful. Menu was great. Of course there were leftovers, but I expected that. Nothing too bad.
Thanks everyone for all your help.
Now on to the chasunah this week!
