I know it's best if my kids brush their teeth AFTER they eat breakfast.
However, what happens is they get dressed, eat breakfast, and then they usually dont brush their teeth because they are running out of the house for carpool.
I know it's better for them to brush their teeth before eating verses not at all.
Do any of your children brush their teeth AFTER they eat? how do you get that done?

Actually, brushing teeth first thing in the morning is very beneficial, according to our pediatric dentist. In the morning the mouth is filled with the bacteria that accumulated during sleep time. (Morning breath anyone?)
