My 9 month old dd has been on solids for about a month. The last few days his dirty diapers smell horrendous. Any clue what this can mean? I don't think I really introduced any new or strange foods recently. What can it mean? Does this deserve a call to my dr?
One more thing- he doesn't usually spit up but today made HUGE spit up/throw up.
