If you go to chinuch.org they have lots of them.

Go to the early childhood section.

Esti Greenstein posted lots of rosh hashana, yom kippur and succos songs

To the Tune of 'I have a little dreidel'

I built myself a sukkah
with four walls and a door
it doesn't have a ceiling
it doesn't have a floor
the schach will be the ceiling
the floor will be the ground
we'll hang some decorations
it's ready now for sure

Oh lulav and oh esrog
we shake you up and down
oh lulav and oh esrog
we shake you all around

You can always use your Yidish songs and change them to English when I taught in a Yidish speaking school I changed my English songs to Yidish
For yom Kipur I have:
No cookies no candies no goodies to eat
All dressed in white with sneakers on our feet
I wonder I wonder what all this is for
I know I know it's for Yom Kipur
I translated 3 songs for RH. But I also had to make it rhyme. Hey! Maybe we change files? I'll give you my Yiddish songs and you'll give you me your English songs?

Found it! In a comment on Aish.com!

My succa'leh was small
not fancy at all
but it was so special to me
some schach I threw over it
hoping to cover it
and there I'd sit and think

The wind was a cold one
the boards they were old ones
the candles were flickering low
at times as if dying
but suddenly rising
as if they did not want to go

My sweet little daughter
was bringing me water
saw the wind and started to call
Father, she cried
don't stay there inside
the wind's too strong, the succa'leh will fall

Fear not my child
it's been quite a while
the succa'leh is still standing strong
the winds have been worse, my dear
but it's over two thousand years
the succa'leh can last very long.

as far as I know that line should say:
"for seven days my home it is to be"
it needs to rhyme with "so special to me"

TTTO DO you know the muffin man?

THe chicken goes around our heads, around our heads, around our heads
The chicken goes around our heads on Erev Yom Kippur.

With my gan, I traced their hands and atteched the cutouts on sticks. The thumb became the head and I attached red pipe cleaners for the hair-stuff (forgot what its called lol) and orange for the beak. They waved it around their heads while we sang.

TTTO The wheels on the bus

On Yom Kippur we fast all day
and we daven and we say
"We are very sorry and promise to be good
and do all the mitzvos like we should!"

Here's my Sukkah, as you can see,
It's a very special place to be.
I shake my lulav and my esrog too,
Come inside, there's room for you.

TTO: I love you, you love me (barney)

For Sukkos

Abba built a sukkah for the family
Its roof was made of branches that were cut down from a tree.
Some people hang up flowers or a nice long paper chain
We say leisheiv basukkah and we hope it doesn't rain.
Sukkah, sukkah, we say leisheiv basukkah and we hope it doesn't rain.

I made this next one up a few years ago, and it is an all-time favorite everywhere I teach. Take another teacher and clasp hand-to-elbow. Explain that you both are 2 walls of a sukkah. You can get 2 kids to be the other 2 walls if you want. Then, take a volunteer to lie on top of your arms, and lift them up while they lie straight. Sing to the tune of "The Farmer in the Dell":

The schach goes on top, the schach goes on top;
In our sukkah, the schach goes on top!

Hey I remember this one! but this line should be the ground will be the floor - then it rhymes.

That's so cute! But a bit to mature for nursery, no? The Yiddish one was much simpler. I didn't know it's so long. Though I only know the first paragraph...

The yiddish one is also long but people only sing the first stanza. You can do the same here. I like the line Rosemarie suggested, for the last line, better.

not fancy at all

Can we keep this thread running please? Any songs will be appreciated. Let's start with parsha. First I need a song to introduce the new parsha by circle time. Then I need a song for Beraishis and Noach for this week. And as the weeks go along I'll need a song per week. Thanks in advance!

Do you know the Parsha of the week, the Parsha of the week, the parsha of the week
It's Parshas.....

(to tune of London Bridge).

Go out and buy Parsha Time Mitzvah Tree. (Because I don't know which tunes these are....)

There were no stars there was no sun
There were no animals or anyone
There were no flowers or trees so tall
There was Just nothing, nothing at all.

Hashem created the world in 6 days
He showed us the miracles of his ways
On the 7th day he told us that we must rest
He knew that for us it would be best.

and for Noach

Noach was a good man a good man a good man
Noach was a tzadik in his days
But the people all around him were wicked, wicked
the people were so wicked I'm sorry to say.

Hashem said:
Noach build a tevah, a tevah, a tevah
Noach build a tevah for everyone to see.
And who do you think lived there lived there lived there
The animals all lived there and Noach's family.

And the rain came pouring, pouring, pouring
The rain came pouring down for 40 nights and days
And the people who were wicked, wicked, wicked
were punished for their wicked wicked ways.

tto: this old man
HAshem created the world so fine, he did it all in six days time, how did he do it? What did he do? On each day, Hashem made something new.
On Yom rishon, there was dark and light, Hashem made the day and HAshem made the night
On Yom Sheini, up very very high, Hashem created the big blue sky
On Yom SHlishi the rivers and the seas, and from the ground grew flowers and trees
On Yom revei , the sun so bright, the moon and stars shine through the night.
On Yom Chamishi the fish in the sea and up high flew the birds and bees
On Yom Shishi big animals and small, Adam and chava most important of all
On Yom Shvei Hashem worked no more, so we should know what this days for, a day of rest, thats the rule, to learn Torah and go to Shul!!
