Hi, I’m wondering what the norm is re MM for preschool teachers. My kids have one main Jewish teacher & a few assistants. I’d really like to give something nice since I didn’t for Chanuka. What’s the norm? Do you tip them & if so what’s the range? Any ideas on a nice gift I can give the non Jewish teachers that they’ll appreciate?

As an assistant for quite a few years and now a teacher, I disagree. Most of the time I’ve gotten the same amount as the teacher.
Op a nice note goes a very long way. I’ve kept quite a few notes over the years. I appreciate the mothers who took the time to write something personal.
