I'd love to put together a list of recipes that we can use on Pesach.
Please contribute yours.

What's your cooked sugar recipe? If I had a ratio of how much water to sugar, I can help put together some recipes for you.

There were lots of recipes on here last year, I put together the ones that worked for me on a word file. If you PM me a email address, I can email you what I put together. I did not try every recipe though.
Ra Mom- gave me lots of stuff last year, but I would for sure love more.
I do use sugar so you would have to figure out how to substitute it for the liquid sugar.

OP, which fruits and vegetables do you use?
I assume you don't use garlic? How about potato starch?

I do kind of the same cooking and somehow the food on pesach is delicious. The shmaltz is fattening but really really good. I also use tonz of onions.
Let me know what you want recipes for, and I'll try and give some ideas.
Also, as mentioned above it would be useful to mention which vegetables you use.
