I would like to cook the sunday before Pesach but most of my recipes for Pesach I have never tried freezing. I know I can freeze soup and meatballs but that is all I can think of to make in advance. is there a rule if it has x it can be frozen or if it has x it cannot be frozen.
Thank you.

Things with potatoes if frozen must be reheated really well.

-roasts
-egg noodles
-potato kugel (to reheat, stick into 350 oven sealed and frozen, heat through, then uncover, higher heat, and crisp back up)
-cake
-cookies
-apple sauce compote

I have a Pesach kitchen, so I'm already cooking and freezing. I did:
chicken soup
chicken cutlets, meats
compote
Will do:
all desserts
vegetable kugels
matzo balls
