I am looking for some more dairy meal ideas beside matza pizza.
We eat gebrochts, rice, peas and some beans.

You can do salmon with dairy mashed potatoes
cheese latkes

We don't eat fish with dairy.

Greek salad or greek omelette (feta cheese/olives, maybe some herbs like parsley or oregano), vegetables sauted in butter or baked and brushed with butter, a cheesy/spicy bean dip for matzah crackers, matzah lasagna, eggplant parmisan....
