Pesach Popover Rolls -- Gebroks

Boil:
½ c. oil
1½ c. water

Remove from flame.

Mix in:
2 c. matza meal
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar

Cool

Mix in:
6 eggs, one at a time

Bake on cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, then lower oven to 325 for 20 minutes more.

I'm sorry, I don't remember (only made them once but they were a big hit). It wasn't a lot though -- I'd guess maybe 8 or so. They also don't really keep. They need to be eaten freshly baked.
