Do not underestimate how delicious broccoli and cauliflower are simply roasted! Maybe put a little bit of balsamic vinegar that will help it caramelize and give it a more complex flavor, and mix in something like pine nuts or garlic slivers. Toss with a light coat of olive oil. YUM! It's like popcorn!
