I dont like potatoes, or meat cooked with potatoes. I'm looking for a recipe to replace the pesach chulent that I can cook in a crockpot for Shabbos afternoon main dish.
Any ideas?

So I guess stuffed kugel (put in half the kugel, place thinly sliced raw roast over the middle, top with rest; bake normally for an hour, cover and bake on low till cholent time) isn't a good idea? Or a well wrapped kugel and well wrapped sliced roast?
How about a soup? I haven't tried making it myself but I've had it elsewhere and it seems like a nice option.

You can make meatballs. Use a fattier meat and twice as much sauce.
