I have a whole bag of almonds left, and would like to bake cookies with it as I have an upcoming simcha.
Does anyone have recipes?

Is it ground almond or whole? If ground almond, look for Claudia Roden's orange and almond cake recipe online (the one that boils whole oranges for 45min to 1hr). It's moist, really citrus-ey and delish.
Otherwise look for passover recipes for marzipans, cookies.
