my 2 yr old son put a few quarters into the air conditioner. I dont know which part it ended up in but when you hold the unit, it sounds like a tzedakah box. I wanted to put it in the window, but im worried. does anybody know or maybe your husbands would know? thanks!

it should be fine. it most likely fell to the bottom and will not do anything.

I had this, and it was never a problem. However, the first time you turn it on, have everyone stand back. In the slight chance that they are actually sitting/ wedged on the fan mechanism, they may shoot out when you initially turn it on! (I never had that with the coins, which always just stayed at the bottom, but it once happened to me with a plastic spoon that my son had pushed in!)
