Anyone have a recipe?
I bought fresh mint leaves and I thought I could use some to make a choc-mint ice cream (we don't use bought flavourings etc. and I doubt there is mehadrin mint essence for Pesach anyway in Israel).
No whip or other complex bought ingredients. Chocolate is okay .
