Well, this post is very unlike me. I never save cholent, but this past week we did. It was in the crockpot from Friday afternoon until shabbat lunch, at which point some was immediately put in a Tupperware in the fridge. Now ds remembered it and wants some. Do you think its still fresh?

fresh? def not its a few days old.
edible? possibly. good chance. but im not expert- dont really eat much cholent on shabbos forget about leftovers.

Definitely fine to eat. We don't either save it generally, but the couple of times we have my husband has eaten it wednesday & said it was great.
