DH was so nice and cleaned up the kitchen...and threw away the liquid for the corned beef .
The meat seems to be dry so it needs a sauce/liquid. I did a search and only saw a glaze that is too sweet for our taste. We don't mind sweet but not overly sweet. Would love some suggestions.

Thin some apricot jam with water. Place in a pan along with sliced corned beef and refrigerate until ready to reheat and serve.
