I need help from a professional in this field.

I need to lose minimum 30lbs ASAP.
I am also nursing a 5 month old kh.

I am an extremely fussy eater I basically don't like any food that comes from a animal like chicken, meat, fish, eggs, etc. I eat a little cheese like pizza cheese. I like fruits and the vegetables I like are as follows.
Raw:
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Lettuce

Cooked:
Carrots
Squash
Cabbage
Peas
Sugar snap peas
Mushrooms
Peppers
Onions
Green beans
Beets
Probably a good few more just can't think of what.

I unfortunately LOVE all starches like potatoes pasta etc

I also love beans.

I eat soy stuff like the tival schnitzel

In other words I don't have much chances of losing weight eating what I do.

How can I diet with the those foods????

Am I hopeless????

Is it worthwhile for me to pay money for a professional ?

Are you a vegetarian on principle, or do you just not care for the taste?

It looks like you're not getting a whole lot of protein there. If you don't have a moral objection to meat, maybe adding lots of fancy spices would help cover the taste.

You need to get more fats into your diet, and less starch. Get your "good" calories from coconut oil, olive oil, and avocados. It will boost your milk and be better for the baby, too.
Good fats make you feel full faster, so you'll crave fewer carbs.

Make sure you're drinking enough plain water. If you really hate water, add a dash of lemon juice, and a drop of stevia or xylitol. Drink a full glass of water every time you nurse, and a full glass before each meal.

You should know that some women experience a drastic drop in their milk supply when they suddenly reduce their calorie intake and the supply sometimes does not recover even when they return to eating a normal amount of calories. Just FYI.

I'm assuming this is for medical reasons?

You should probably consult a real nutritionist. I don't think anyone here has the expertise you need.

I am currently in school to become a dietitian and based on the foods you enjoy, you can definitely lose weight in a healthy manner. You should see a professional if this is something you need help with.

Op here:
Thanks for the replies.

happymom1 - Would you know if insurance would cover a nutritionist?
Also as a future dietitian can you tell me are the brown rice pasta good to eat when dieting? I need some starch and can compromise by using this instead of regular past, I just want to know if there is a big difference health and calorie wise.

Also If I make a fruit smoothie from frozen fruits (which have no sugar added) and add some sweetener or something, are those like eating whole fruits? again calorie wise?

What can be a healthy breakfast for a fussy person?

Insurance will cover a dietitian not a nutritionist. Brown rice pasta is better than regular since it is a non processed food and therefore takes longer to digest which will keep you fuller longer.
Fruit smoothies are a yummy way to incorporate fruits into a diet . For breakfast you can make whole grain pancakes...egg white omletes....be creative!!
