Post your Tuesday dinner recipe that you can eat as leftovers on Wednesday. It would also be great if you can turn Tuesdays leftovers into a different dish too!

Better yet, make extras Shabbos and serve it throughout the week. I make a big Shabbos, about triple what we need and then I only need to cook meat on Wednesdays, sometimes Tuesdays but usually not.

Tuesday: Chicken cooked over rice/potatoes/couscous with whatever veggies you choose (except cucumber!!)
Wednesday: put leftovers in soup with added chicken breasts and veggies.

Tuesday: Stirfry and spaghetti.
Wednesday: put the stirfry in the wraps. Add oil/mayo to pasta along with italian spices.

Tuesday: Shnitzel and rice.
Wednesday Chicken salad, mexican rice (basically add pasta sauce, some sugar, little lemon juice, and sauted peppers, and fried tortilla chips with dip (ingredients: one package tortilla wraps, oil spray, spices. Directions: spray both sides of tortillas. cut tortillas into triangles or rectangles. spread in one layer on baking sheet. sprinkle spices (heavily). Cook for about 8-16 minutes at 400 degrees, depending how crispy you like them. Spices options: cumin and garlic. cinnamon sugar. Garlic salt. Celery salt. Shwarma spice and salt, etc)

Tuesday: Meatballs and enough pasta/rice for one dinner. Keep the meatballs separate
Wednesday: Buy buns. mush up the meatballs and make sloppy joes.

Tuesday: hot dogs
Wednesdays: pigs in blankets
